LIMITED EDITION WITH BRAZILIAN FRETBOARD!!

You are looking at a 2007 PRS SC245 Singlecut Artist Package, with a McCarty Tobacco Burst finish, on a sweet maple Artist flamed top, Paua Birds fret inlays, special ordered Nickel hardware, and a Brazilian Rosewood fretboard! I state that the nickel HW is "special order", as normally Artist Packages come with GOLD hardware, but this one came from the factory with Nickel.... and frankly, I think it looks much better than the gold, especially on this McTobacco finish. She's also a great player, with a nice low & easy action... and she sounds like a great PRS should! She's 100% original and unmessed with!

Here is the lowdown on the features:

She was born on November 13th, 2007, and has been totally babied. I just picked this up from the original owner, who has several guitars. Subsequently, this one did not get played much at all. There are no nicks or dings to speak of. There is a very lightly impressed mark on the top, by the maple edge (near the lower strap peg) and another very light surface impression on the back of the neck, at the 12th position... neither of which can be seen without direct light, at an angle. Otherwise, the neck is straight, with no cracks or repairs... the frets are excellent. with their entire life ahead of them,  and it sounds like a great PRS should! Also included is the Leather Artist PRS hard shell case, which is also in great condition, and even includes all of the case candy, adjustment tools, and the Bird Tag certificate... as shown in the last picture!
