LIMITED EDITION MASTER-PIECE!!
You're looking at a 2008 PRS Custom 24 1957/2008 Limited Edition with a Blueberry-Burst finish on an absolutely gorgeous quilted maple 10 Top with abalone BIRD fret inlays and nickel hardware! This is actually # 91 of the 350 Custom 24's made in this series. In case you aren't familiar with this incredible limited edition creation, it's all about the pups! The 1957/2008 pickups offered standard on the Custom 24 1957/2008 LTD allow players to achieve both vintage and modern sounds. PRS obtained exclusive rights to the original pickup wire used in the most revered pickups in the '50s. PRS obtained the rights to the wire in 2008, and 1957 was the year the humbucker was first commercially available, giving rise to the 1957/2008 name. I'd like to tell you that this guitar sounds amazing... and I'm sure it does. However, it is completely and totally unplayed as evidenced by the original factory wrap around the neck. If the winning bidder wishes, upon request I remove the wrap and test it out... but only on the actual buyer's request. This is a stunning and amazing instrument! No disappointments here!

She was born on October 10th, 2008 and has never been owned or even played! I just picked this up from the original retailer who shipped this to me only a few days after he received it from PRS. The factory wrap has not yet been removed and will not be removed until it is in the hands of it's first owner. The guitar is in the same MINT condition as the day it left the factory. The neck is straight with no cracks or repairs... the frets are PERFECT with their entire life ahead of them... and the sound? ... well you can tell me once you play it! Also included is the original special 1957/2008 edition PRS hard shell case (shown in the pics) which is also in perfect condition and even includes the case candy, bird tag certificate, the adjustment tools, case keys and the whammy bar! Whoever wins this auction will be stoked to own this awesome axe!!
