You are looking at a 2008 PRS 1980 West Street Limited Edition with a Natural finish on a beautiful quilted Sapele top and a gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood fretboard! The West Street Limited is a faithful replica of the guitars Paul made in the original West Street shop with the addition of an exotic Sapele top. This guitar features a mahogany neck and back, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and an unplated brass tremolo bridge. The original headstock shape is decorated with an eagle inlay and an OM symbol on the truss rod cover. The dragon inlay design on the body is taken directly from some of Paul's first guitars. Think of this as kind of a "Pre-Santana". The guitar is a true work of art! She's plays, sounds and looks fantastic! No disappointments here... She's 100% original and ready to rock!
Here is the lowdown on the features;

She was born on May 9th, 2008 and has been totally babied! This was a one-owner guitar and only played gently in a smoke-free home. The guitar is pristine with no nicks, dings or scratches to be found! If you are being super picky, you may find some very slight wear on the gold of the bridge, where yur pick hand rests... Most people would not even mention this is as it is so negligible. Otherwise, the neck is straight with no cracks or repairs... the frets are perfect with their entire life ahead of them...and the sound is huge!! Also included is the original PRS leather presentation case (shown in the pics) which has a couple of small tears on the bottom back edge, but is in otherwise great condition... and even includes the case candy, adjustment tools, Bird Tag certificate and the official PRS 1980 West Street Limited document! Whoever wins this auction is going to be completely STOKED!!
