30 YEARS OLD... AND STILL READY TO ROCK!!
You're looking at a 1981 Gibson Les Paul Custom, with a Black finish, nickel hardware, and a Kahler tremelo with locking nut! If you are looking for a great "old school" LP that you can really tear into... this is the ticket, right here! The action is nice and low, and she sounds awesome! The previous owner replaced the original bridge with the Kahler, and the original bridge pickup with, what I think is, a Dimarzio with Zebra coils. I'm not able to confirm this for certain, but it does sound amazing regardless. Also, the toggle tip and ring are brass, and the knobs have been replaced with the amber hat style knobs, as shown in the pics. The pots are dated 1981 and original, as well as the rest of the guitar! This is a cool one folks! Don't let it get away!

She just celebrated her 30th birthday, and has been played quite alot over the years. This is no "poser", "relic" that was created in a custom shop... This is a true rock & roll hero, with the vibe and charector that can only be developed by time and experience. This is a great axe all the way. Yes, there are nicks, dings and scratches all over this guitar, including some finish wear on the back of the neck, and some obvious buckle rash on the back, which is worn to the wood. The pictures show most of the wear... so there should be no surprises here. The neck is straight, with no cracks or repairs... the frets have some wear. but have plenty of life ahead... and the sound is as sweet as it gets! Also included is the Vintage Gibson Les Paul case with the pink interior, and this even includes the original case candy, and also shown in the pics!
