This is not "your father's Les Paul Standard", as this is the newer version that Gibson came out with in 2008, with all of the cool features, including; the long neck tenon, the new 'Asymmetrical neck profile', Tonepros locking Tune-o-matic bridge & locking stopbar tailpiece, neutrik jack, Grover locking tuners and Gibson's revolutionary 'Plek' set up. This latest model marks the end of 50's & 60's neck profiles on the Standard USA model, This Asymmetrical neck profile is designed with the ergonomics of the player's hand as a priority. This makes the guitar VERY comfortable to play! She's all original and ready to rock the house down!!

She was born at the end of 2010, and has never been owned. I just picked this up from the original retailer, who shipped the guitar to me only a short while after he received it from Gibson. There are no nicks, dings or scratches on this sweet axe! The neck is straight, with no cracks or repairs... the frets are perfect, with their entire life ahead of them... and the sound is sweet! Also included is the original Gibson hard shell case, and even includes the few pieces of case candy, as shown in the last picture!
