Who are we?
G-Brat’s Guitars was founded by Scott and Monique Robbins in October of 2003.
I know… you’re probably thinking, “what a coincidence… Scott and Monique have the same last name!” They’ve been married for 26 years and have 3 kids (Chris - 26, Valorie – 24 and Sean – 22) … who are all musicians as well.
Scott’s passions have always been; God, family, and guitar.
He has been a guitar playing fool for over 38 years now. He was a Classical Guitar major at Hartt College of Music ( University of Hartford ) and later went on to graduate from G.I.T. (Guitar Institute of Technology) in Hollywood , California . It was Scott’s passion for guitar and Monique’s support and generosity ($$$) that led them to start this great venture, which birthed “G-Brat’s Guitars” in October of 2003. It has been a continued “learning experience”… but finally… in our 40’s… we have found our niche! With an eye for detail, real quality, and genuine care for our customers… we only buy and sell the best pre-owned guitars… and we guarantee satisfaction. Whether you are buying a set of Dean Markley strings or an expensive collectable guitar… it is our goal to make every G-Brat’s Guitars customer… a repeat customer.
Monique's passions are God, family and art.
She has been in the graphics arts business for 28 years. Whether it was making titles for motion pictures and television or doing web design she always keeps her hand doing something artistic. We are always looking for new ways to expand and in 2010 guitar cards, guitar candy are just a couple of things that are coming up. These things will be able to be found at the guitar shows first.
Sean Robbins joined the G-Brat's Guitars in 2009. His passions are God, family and music.
He is married to Anna Robbins (she is working hard and in nursing school to become an RN) and they have a baby girl named Madi. Both girls are the light of his life. He plays keyboards, drums and records. He came to help us by doing photo work, website updates and shipping. His plans are to start his own music company. Right now he is going to college, taking care of his family and learning the family business.
So plug in… get out your favorite guitar pick… and LET’S ROCK!
